Ingredients needed for cheese spaghetti include

  • 12 Oz. of spaghetti
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil (butter can also be a good substitute)
  • 2 cloves of garlic (you will need to chop it into bits)
  • 200 ml of double cream
  • 125 grams of Italian cheese (you can also make use of mozzarella, blue cheese or parmesan)
  • 150 ml of vegetable stock
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Fresh parsley

Cooking the spaghetti

1st step: light your fire source, pour water into a pot and sprinkle salt on it, then add the spaghetti and allow it to boil

2nd step: get a separate pan on the fire, put the garlic and let it heat up, add the cream, the vegetable stock and a small quantity of the spaghetti water.

3rd step: pour the cooked spaghetti into the second pan containing cream and garlic. Stir it until all of the pasta is generously immersed. You may also add more pasta water if you feel its necessary.

4th step: lower the heat to the barest minimum and add the Italian cheese.

5th step: add dashes of the seasoning to taste and also garnish with the fresh and chopped up parsley leaves.

Serve your food immediately because pasta are generally best eaten while hot and fresh from the kitchen.
